Description
Your guests will love this Layered Greek Dip that mixes all of your favorite Greek ingredients. Greek yogurt, hummus, layers of fresh vegetables and feta cheese are finished off with fresh herbs and served with pita chips. This is the perfect dip for a get-together!

- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 lemon (juiced and zested)
- 1 tablespoon dill (finely chopped)
- 10 ounces hummus
- 1 cup cucumbers (seeded and finely diced)
- 1/2 cup roasted red pepper (finely diced)
- 1/3 cup red onion (finely diced)
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1/3 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
- parsley (finely chopped for garnish)
- Pita chips (or crudités for serving)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl mix together Greek yogurt, lemon zest, lemon juice and dill.
- Spread yogurt mixture evenly into the base of an 8X8 baking dish or a large rimmed plate.
- Top with an even layer of hummus.
- Top with a layer of cucumbers, followed by roasted red peppers, red onion, tomatoes and feta cheese. Finish with chopped parsley and mint.
- Serve immediately with pita chips or crudités.
