Description
A fast and flavor-packed dish featuring chewy noodles tossed in a homemade sticky teriyaki glaze with crisp broccoli and carrots.

- 8oz Udon or Soba noodles
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp Toasted sesame oil
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 1 cup Sliced carrots
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Whisk soy sauce, honey, ginger, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with 1 tbsp oil.
- Sauté broccoli and carrots for 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan and pour the sauce over them.
- Toss for 2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats everything beautifully.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
