Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs chicken breasts
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, undrained
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, undrained
  • 1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning
  • 4 cups chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Combine chicken broth and taco seasoning in the slow cooker.
  2. Stir in black beans, diced tomatoes, and corn.
  3. Place chicken breasts on top of the mixture.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.
  5. Remove chicken, shred with forks, and return to the pot.
