Description
A miniature hybrid dessert combining a creamy cheesecake base with a classic torched sugar topping.

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Extra sugar for torching
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F and grease a mini muffin tin.
- Mix cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of the tin.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently.
- Stir in vanilla and heavy cream.
- Fill tins and bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Sprinkle sugar on top and torch until caramelized.
