Description

A miniature hybrid dessert combining a creamy cheesecake base with a classic torched sugar topping.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Extra sugar for torching

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Mix cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of the tin.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing gently.
  5. Stir in vanilla and heavy cream.
  6. Fill tins and bake for 18-20 minutes.
  7. Cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  8. Sprinkle sugar on top and torch until caramelized.
