- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Heat maple syrup and almond butter over low heat until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Fold in rolled oats and ground flaxseed until fully combined.
- Scoop 2 tablespoons of mixture onto parchment paper.
- Press firmly into a cookie shape.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
