- 1 medium head of green cabbage, shredded
- 2 cups Fritos corn chips
- 1 white onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup water or beef broth
Instructions
- Sauté diced onion in butter over medium heat until translucent.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add shredded cabbage and sauté until wilted.
- Mix in smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in water or broth and deglaze the pan.
- Fold in Fritos corn chips immediately before serving.
