Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss peaches with sugar, cinnamon, and cornstarch in a bowl.
- Pour the peach mixture into a 9×9 inch baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir in melted butter, heavy cream, and vanilla until just combined.
