- 2 ripe peaches, sliced into wedges
- 1 ball of fresh burrata cheese
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
- 1 handful of fresh basil leaves, torn
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Flaky sea salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Lightly brush peach wedges with olive oil.
- Grill peaches for 2-3 minutes per side until charred.
- Place burrata in the center of a platter.
- Arrange warm peaches around the cheese.
- Top with toasted almonds and torn basil.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and season with sea salt.
