Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced into wedges
  • 1 ball of fresh burrata cheese
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
  • 1 handful of fresh basil leaves, torn
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Flaky sea salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Lightly brush peach wedges with olive oil.
  3. Grill peaches for 2-3 minutes per side until charred.
  4. Place burrata in the center of a platter.
  5. Arrange warm peaches around the cheese.
