- 6 cups shredded cabbage (coleslaw mix)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Brown ground pork in a large skillet over medium-high heat until caramelized.
- Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger; cook for 1 minute.
- Add coleslaw mix and sauté until cabbage begins to wilt.
- Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil until well combined and glossy.
- Fold in sliced green onions and red pepper flakes.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
