Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Ground Beef (80/20)
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 28 oz Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Basil, chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Combine beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Roll into 1-inch meatballs.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet and brown meatballs on all sides.
  4. Pour crushed tomatoes and minced garlic into the crockpot.
  5. Place meatballs in the sauce.
  6. Cook on LOW for 6-7 hours.
  7. Stir in fresh basil just before serving.
