- 2 lbs Ground Beef (80/20)
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 28 oz Crushed Tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Fresh Basil, chopped
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- Combine beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Roll into 1-inch meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and brown meatballs on all sides.
- Pour crushed tomatoes and minced garlic into the crockpot.
- Place meatballs in the sauce.
- Cook on LOW for 6-7 hours.
- Stir in fresh basil just before serving.
