- 1.5 lbs Chicken Breasts
- 1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 4 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Whisk ranch mix into chicken broth and pour over chicken.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours until internal temp is 165F.
- Remove chicken and shred with two forks.
- Stir softened cream cheese into the remaining liquid until smooth.
- Return shredded chicken to the pot and fold into the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
