Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh yellow peaches, pitted and sliced
  • 3/4 cup granulated cane sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Puree the peaches in a food processor until completely smooth.
  2. Whisk in the sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, and salt until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Pour the mixture into a shallow metal loaf pan.
  4. Freeze for 3 hours, then remove and stir vigorously with a fork.
  5. Return to freezer and stir every 45 minutes for 2 more hours.
  6. Freeze until set and serve in chilled bowls.
