Description

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs ground beef
  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 24 oz marinara sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 6 strips bacon, cooked and chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain grease, and stir in marinara sauce.
  3. Boil spaghetti until slightly underdone (al dente), then drain.
  4. Mix softened cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl until smooth.
  5. Combine cooked pasta, meat sauce, and the cream cheese mixture in a large bowl.
  6. Spread the mixture into the baking dish.
  7. Top with shredded cheddar, parmesan, and chopped bacon.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and bacon is crisp.
