- 1.5 lbs ground beef
- 12 oz spaghetti
- 24 oz marinara sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 6 strips bacon, cooked and chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain grease, and stir in marinara sauce.
- Boil spaghetti until slightly underdone (al dente), then drain.
- Mix softened cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl until smooth.
- Combine cooked pasta, meat sauce, and the cream cheese mixture in a large bowl.
- Spread the mixture into the baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar, parmesan, and chopped bacon.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and bacon is crisp.
