Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh corn kernels

  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp Fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp Lime zest
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta until just shy of al dente, drain, and rinse with cold water.
  2. Char corn kernels in a high-heat cast-iron skillet until browned.
