- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Whisk in eggs one at a time.
- Stir in heavy cream and vanilla extract.
- Fold in sifted cornstarch until just combined.
- Pour into pan and bake for 35-40 minutes until top is dark brown.
- Cool in pan for 1 hour, then refrigerate overnight.
