Instructions

  3. Stir in sliced peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon; cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Bake the fruit mixture for 10 minutes.
  5. Whisk flour, baking powder, and granulated sugar together.
  6. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
  7. Stir in heavy cream until just combined.
  8. Drop dough in dollops over hot peaches.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
