Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Melt 1 stick of butter in a 10-inch cast iron skillet over medium heat.
- Stir in sliced peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon; cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Bake the fruit mixture for 10 minutes.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and granulated sugar together.
- Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
- Stir in heavy cream until just combined.
- Drop dough in dollops over hot peaches.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
