Ingredients

  • 1 lb linguine
  • 2 large chicken breasts, sliced into strips
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water and cook linguine until al dente.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken until browned; remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Stir in fresh parsley and lemon juice.
  5. Lower heat to medium and stir in heavy cream; simmer until slightly thickened.
