- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1 large Granny Smith apple, finely diced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F and line a muffin tin.
- Whisk flour, cinnamon, and baking powder together.
- Cream butter and 3/4 cup brown sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
- Gently stir in diced apple bits.
- Spoon batter into tins and top with remaining brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
