- 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted
- 1 tbsp Lemon Zest
- 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
- 3 tbsp Fresh Parsley, minced
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pat steak dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Preheat grill to high heat.
- Sear steak for 5-7 minutes per side until internal temp reaches 130F.
- Let steak rest for 10 minutes on a board.
- Whisk melted butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, and parsley together.
- Slice steak thinly against the grain.
- Drizzle sauce over the meat and serve.
