Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Lemon Zest

  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Coarse Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Pat steak dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat grill to high heat.
  3. Sear steak for 5-7 minutes per side until internal temp reaches 130F.
  4. Let steak rest for 10 minutes on a board.
  5. Whisk melted butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, and parsley together.
  6. Slice steak thinly against the grain.
