Description

Individual mini cheesecake cups featuring a buttery graham crust, creamy vanilla filling, and a topping of cinnamon-caramelized apples.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tbsp Melted butter
  • 16 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Heavy cream, chilled
  • 2 Granny Smith apples, diced
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine graham crumbs and melted butter; press into 12 mini cups.
  2. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into the cream cheese mixture with vanilla.
  4. Pipe filling into the crusts and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  5. Sauté diced apples with brown sugar and cinnamon until tender.
  6. Drizzle caramel sauce over the warm apples.
  7. Spoon the apple mixture onto the chilled cheesecakes and serve.
