- 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tbsp Melted butter
- 16 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Powdered sugar
- 1 cup Heavy cream, chilled
- 2 Granny Smith apples, diced
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Caramel sauce
Instructions
- Combine graham crumbs and melted butter; press into 12 mini cups.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into the cream cheese mixture with vanilla.
- Pipe filling into the crusts and refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Sauté diced apples with brown sugar and cinnamon until tender.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the warm apples.
- Spoon the apple mixture onto the chilled cheesecakes and serve.
