- 1.5 lbs chicken breast, cubed
- 3 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 12 oz penne pasta
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil penne pasta in salted water until just under al dente.
- Season chicken with Cajun spices and sear in a hot skillet until browned.
- Remove chicken and melt butter in the same pan over medium heat.
- Whisk in honey and heavy cream until the sauce simmers and thickens.
- Return chicken to the pan and coat in the glaze for 3-5 minutes.
- Toss in the cooked pasta and stir until fully coated in sauce.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
