Instructions
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until clear. Cook according to package instructions and let cool slightly.
- Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat with the shiny side down. Spread an even layer of sushi rice over two-thirds of the nori.
- Layer prosciutto, salami, mozzarella, roasted red peppers, and basil in the center of the rice.
- Starting from the filled end, roll tightly using the mat. Moisten the edge to seal.
- Slice into bite-sized pieces using a wet knife.
- Serve on a platter drizzled with balsamic glaze.
