  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Bailey's Irish Cream
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl; press into the bottom of the pan to form a crust.
  3. In another bowl, blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add Bailey's, sour cream, and vanilla; mix until combined.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes until edges are set but center is slightly jiggly. Cool in the oven with the door ajar for an hour.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
