- 1 cup Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey
- 8 ounces dark chocolate (preferably 70% cacao)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions
- Pit the cherries using a cherry pitter and place them in a bowl.
- Pour the Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey over the cherries and soak for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- After soaking, remove the cherries from the whiskey and let them dry on paper towels.
- Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Dip each cherry into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off before placing them on parchment paper.
- Sprinkle sea salt over each dipped cherry and allow them to cool completely until set (about 30 minutes at room temperature or 15 minutes in the refrigerator).
