  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, minced ginger, and sesame oil until well combined.

  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade (discard any leftover marinade) and place it in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook at 380°F (193°C) for 12-15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), flipping halfway through.
  6. During the last few minutes of cooking, brush remaining marinade on top of the chicken for added flavor.
