  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted cold butter, cubed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4 lemons)
  • Zest of 2 lemons
  • 1 cup granulated sugar (for filling)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions
