  • 2 tsp oil or ghee (to saute the chicken in a deep pan) 
  • Fresh cream-optional(to serve, optional)


Step 1: Clean the chicken and cut into 1in pieces, wash and soak in warm water for half an hour or so;

Step 2: Heat oil in a pan, add the chopped ginger-green chilies, garlic, chilly powder, and cumin seeds;

Step 3: When it starts to splutter, add chicken pieces along with the coriander leaves and green chilies;
