  • 1 lb fresh or frozen shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb andouille or kielbasa sausage, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 lb baby Yukon gold potatoes, halved
  • 2 ears of corn on the cob, cut into thirds
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
  • 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 cups water or broth

Instructions

  1. Prepare the shrimp by rinsing under cold water if using frozen. Cut sausage into bite-sized pieces and halve larger baby potatoes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shrimp, sausage, potatoes, corn pieces, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, and garlic powder. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Transfer the mixture to your crockpot and add enough water or broth to just cover the ingredients.
  4. Set the crockpot on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until shrimp is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
