Instructions
- Measure 1/4 cup (about 50 grams) of popcorn kernels.
- Preheat the air popper for about 30 seconds.
- Pour the kernels into the popping chamber without overfilling.
- Place a large bowl underneath to catch the popcorn as it pops.
- Let the popping finish when the popping slows to about 2 seconds between pops (usually 2-3 minutes), then turn off the machine.
- Immediately transfer popcorn to a large bowl and sprinkle with salt.
