1. Itg Buffalo Chicken Meatballs

Hands down the best recipe on our blog. Spicy, creamy, and filling, it is a must-try. Serve these meatballs in your favorite bread with a side of veggies and dip!


  • 1 1/2 pounds of ground chicken
  • 3 cups shredded cheese (your choice)
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (add more depending on your spice preference)

To make the meatballs: 

Step 1: Mix all ingredients, cover, and set in the refrigerator for an hour. Form into round balls about 2 inches.

Step 2: Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.  Rinse off baked meatballs, mix with sauce and serve!

Step 3: Yum.

2. It Taco Salad in an Avacado Bowl

  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced

  • 1/2 cup corn salsa
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (or cooked steak)

To make the salad:

Step 1: In a medium bowl, mix the spinach, onion, and all the ingredients except the chicken and cheese.

To make the wraps: 

Step 1: Mix all ingredients except for the tortillas and cheese. Spread this mixture evenly on 4 tortillas. Top with cheese and wrap. 

Step 2: Cut your wraps in half and serve! For a healthier option, use low-fat cheese and fat-free ranch dressing instead of mayo.

4. Itg Grilled Buffalo Chicken BLT

  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped

To make the sandwich: 

Step 1: Mix all ingredients and top with cheese. Wrap your sandwich in foil and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

To make the Lasagna: 

Step 1: Brown your turkey until cooked throughout. Set aside.

Step 2: Mix your ranch and water.

Step 3: Layer the sauce, cheese, meat, and veggies in 2 9×13 pans. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
