Instructions

- 3. Roll Out the Dough: Divide chilled dough into two halves. Roll each half on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick and cut out circles.
- 4. Assemble Hand Pies: Place 1 tablespoon of filling on half of each circle. Fold over and seal edges with a fork.
