  • 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce (or gluten-free tamari)
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp chili paste (adjust to preference)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, minced

Instructions
