- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup crushed candy canes
- 12 oz white chocolate melts
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions using melted butter and eggs. Spread evenly in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely on a wire rack.
- Crumble cooled brownies into fine pieces in a large bowl. Add softened cream cheese and mix until smooth.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Melt white chocolate melts according to package instructions. Dip each truffle in melted chocolate, letting excess drip off before placing them back on the baking sheet.
