  • 2 (6 oz) salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  2. 2. Season both sides of the salmon fillets generously with Cajun seasoning.
  3. 3. Cook the salmon in the hot skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side until blackened and cooked through.
  4. 4. Meanwhile, bring salted water to boil in a pot, add broccoli florets, and blanch for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  5. 5. In another saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, then sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes before adding Parmesan cheese until smooth.
