- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
Instructions
- 1. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
- 2. Season both sides of the salmon fillets generously with Cajun seasoning.
- 3. Cook the salmon in the hot skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side until blackened and cooked through.
- 4. Meanwhile, bring salted water to boil in a pot, add broccoli florets, and blanch for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- 5. In another saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, then sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes before adding Parmesan cheese until smooth.
