- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper (any color), diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup sautéed mushrooms (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté diced onions and bell peppers until soft (about 5 minutes).
