Description
A classic, buttery garlic shrimp dish served over linguine with a bright touch of lemon and fresh parsley.

- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook linguine until al dente.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear shrimp for 2 minutes per side until pink, then remove and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium and melt butter in the same skillet.
- Sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in lemon juice and a splash of pasta water to create a sauce.
- Toss the cooked pasta and shrimp back into the skillet.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and season with salt and pepper.
