- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 inch pan.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
- Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt, then stir in milk.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool completely before frosting.
- Beat cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar until smooth; spread on cake.
- Decorate with blueberries in the top left and strawberry strips for red stripes.
