- 1/4 cup butter (softened)
- 1 cup milk (warm)
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk and yeast; let sit for 5 minutes until frothy. Mix in mashed bananas, sugar, butter, eggs, and half of the flour.
- Gradually add remaining flour until a soft dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for about 8 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise for an hour.
- For filling, mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Roll out the dough into a rectangle; spread softened butter and sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Roll tightly from one edge and slice into equal pieces. Place cut-side up in a greased baking dish and allow to rise again for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
