  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted (60g)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (25g)
  • 1 teaspoon salt (6g)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Activate the Yeast: Combine warm water and sugar in a small bowl. Sprinkle yeast over the top and let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  2. Create Dough: In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Make a well in the center, add activated yeast mixture and melted butter, then combine until mixed.

  4. Let It Rise: Place dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
