  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat pork chops dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium‑high heat; sear chops 2‑3 minutes per side until browned.
  4. Transfer to a baking dish, add butter on top, drizzle vinegar over chops.
  5. Bake 25‑30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Remove from oven, tent loosely with foil, rest 5 minutes before serving.
