  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped (about 40g)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (about 10g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the cucumbers if desired. Cut them in half lengthwise and slice thinly into half-moons.
  2. Drain excess moisture by placing sliced cucumbers in a colander over a bowl or sink. Sprinkle salt over them and let sit for 15-20 minutes.
  3. While draining, chop the red onion and cilantro; set aside.
