  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning
  • 1 can (15 oz) refried beans
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar and Mexican blend)
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning until smooth. Spread evenly in a baking dish.
  2. Layer refried beans over the cream cheese mixture and smooth it out.
  3. Pour salsa over the beans layer and spread evenly.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese generously on top of the salsa layer.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Top with sliced black olives and chopped green onions before serving with tortilla chips.
