  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by dicing the chicken and mincing the garlic.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add the diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for 6-8 minutes until golden brown. Remove from skillet and set aside.
