- 100 g dark chocolate
- 5 g coconut oil
- 120 g raisins
Instructions
- Melt dark chocolate together with coconut oil slowly over a hot water bath while stirring.
- Add raisins to the liquid chocolate mixture and stir thoroughly so that every raisin is coated with chocolate.
- Pick the raisins out of the chocolate in batches with a fork, allowing the excess chocolate to drip off very briefly, and spread them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Separate the raisins from each other with the fork so that they are distributed as individually as possible.
- Leave the chocolate covered raisins to set in a cool place.
