- 1 skewer of doner kebab
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 pinches salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ package of Piri-Piri sauce (see recipe for the DIY version)
Step 1: Mix all ingredients, except the Piri-Piri sauce, in a bowl and set aside for at least 4 hours.
Step 2: Season kebabs with olive oil and garlic on both sides.
Step 3: Heat up the pan (if using a griddle or frying pan) or bar-be-que (using a grill). Add olive oil and kababs. Cook for about 5 minutes per side until the meat is charred and cooked through.
