  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Combine chia seeds, coconut milk, and maple syrup in a bowl. Stir well and let sit for 10 minutes to thicken.
  2. Mix in lime juice until fully incorporated.
  3. In an 8×8 inch baking dish lined with parchment paper, pour half the chia mixture to create the first layer.
