- 1.5 lb flank steak
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp honey or brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp grated ginger
- 2 sliced green onions
- 1 tsp red chili flakes (optional)

- 1 Tbsp cooking oil
Instructions
- Trim and slice flank steak into ½‑inch thick strips.
- Whisk soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, chili flakes, pepper, and oil.
- Marinate steak in the mixture for 20–30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to 450°F and lightly oil the grate.
- Grill steak strips 3–4 minutes per side, rest 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with steamed rice, lettuce wraps, or soba noodles.
